WHAT

TO PACK

Things to Bring:

  • Your passport! :-)

  • Cash. We recommend bringing some cash with you for smaller purchases. If you are getting a massage, the massage therapists will need to be paid in cash. Cash will also be preferred for tips throughout the weekend. U.S. dollars are generally accepted, or you can withdraw cash in pesos or change money at the airport upon arrival.

  • Reef-safe sunscreen. Soliman Bay is protected by a barrier reef and the staff has requested we use reef-safe sunscreen as much as possible. We will stock up on bottles to share at the villas, but if you bring your own, please use this guide to ensure it’s reef-safe.

  • Bug spray. Thankfully, we are traveling during the dry season, so bugs shouldn’t be too bad, but mosquitoes will be out around dusk each night. We will also have a few bottles to share.

  • Water shoes/sandals. The beach where we’re located can be rocky, so you may want water shoes or sandals if you plan to go in the ocean.

  • Other sun protection. Sunglasses, hats, rash guards, etc.

  • Swimsuit!

  • Light layers. It may get cooler in the evenings (high 60s/low 70s), so we suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater just in case.

  • Your outfits for the White Party and the Love Party! See the itinerary for more info on suggested dress codes for the events.

  • Comfortable party shoes. For the Love Party, cocktails and dinner will be on the sand, and the dance floor will be on a wooden deck, so we recommend wearing flat shoes or heels you can easily slip on and off.

THINGS YOU DON’T HAVE TO BRING:

  • Beach towels. The villas will provide plenty of beach towels throughout the weekend!

  • Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Lotion, Hair Dryer. Bathrooms will be stocked with all the essentials.

WHAT

TO KNOW

HOUSE RULES

  • No Smoking. All villas are smoke-free, indoors and outdoors on the property. If you’d like to smoke, please head to the beach or parking area and help us keep our security deposit.

  • Let’s Keep It Green. Please use reusable cups provided by the pool and beach to help limit waste. All disposable dishware this weekend will be compostable.

  • Daily Housekeeping. Housekeeping will stop by each day to make beds, tidy rooms, and refresh towels. If anything breaks or spills, no stress — just let us know so we can take care of it quickly.

  • Tipping Staff. We’ll handle gratuity at the end of the trip for villa staff (housekeepers, chefs, etc.). For visiting staff like bartenders and massage therapists, tips are welcome at your discretion.

  • Quiet Hours. Quiet hours begin at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends, but don’t worry, we won’t let this stop the party. Just be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise down outdoors.
